Nico Bernardi

Nico was called to the Bar in 2022. In addition to her family law practice, and prior to joining Basran Robin Allen & Desilets, Nico practiced in the fields of civil litigation and construction law at a downtown Vancouver firm.

Nico earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Victoria Faculty of Law in 2020. Prior to law school, she obtained a Bachelor of Arts from McGill University as well as a Master of International Forestry from UBC. She also obtained a Certificate in Construction Carpentry from Fanshawe College. In law school, Nico was involved in a wide range of activities including the 2019 Wilson Moot. After law school, Nico clerked for the Honourable Justice Phelan at the Federal Court in Ottawa.

Outside of work, Nico can be found running, hiking, cycling or at the gym.
